SeekBeats Drum Machine Synth App Reviews

I love the sound of these synth drums. No samples here. The randomizing is elegant. I just wish there was a way to apply oscillation to parameters like in daedalus or send midi cc commands. Would be nice if it could just cycle or step through the randomization within the ranges you specify so that it was a little more alive when left by itself during a jam.

Its great to see a music creation app thats touch friendly but completely discard the idea of skeuomorphic design. And on the basis on functionality, SeekBeats along with apps like Elastic Drums are proving that music creation on a smartphone can be more than just fun.

If you are unsure, just check out the developers videos on YouTube at rugosotv, you wont regret this purchase!

High quality, super cool punchy beats! It really reminds me elektron analog rytm! One of the best synthesized drums ever, right in your mobile phone, so you can take it anywhere! Big respect to developer from Russian electronic musicians!!!

At 2 MB it is the best drum synth for iOS. Its universal. The sound quality is really high and the sounds themselves are really tweakable.

beautiful design, very functional and easy to use with a great interface, highly recommended. however needs more export options, ability to load user made samples, dropbox integration and interapp audio. those are basic things that make audio apps functional and make the clumsy ios workflow a lot easier

Really one of the best music creation apps, and by far the best for drums. I do have one request though. It would be great if I could save my loop as a .wav file and send it to Dropbox. Thanks for such a great app!

Best drum machine on ios. The only thing this app needs is a "song mode" like in DM1. Otherwise its flawless.

THis is one powerful app simple amazing the sound you can generate.

Its a good app for learning drum synthesis and for creative purposes.

Need a response. No response now three weeks. The app needs some SEAMLESS integration of progressions. Whether as by loading a new file preset or by changing a drum or by adding more step to the 8 pattern sequencer to 32 so an entire song can be developed more fully. I can do some stuff on here but not enough. The potential is there. Unresponsive support. The sound preview screen adds a 1/16th to 1/32 shift of the entire music selection. What good is 10,000th place of the bpm however +/- 1/32 of beat shifts happen when a sound is previewed. Support is unresponsive for weeks now. When you touch a button and the beat shifts 1/32 of a beat, is not good when producing music. Please fix it instead of sending me spam. This is one of my favorite apps to make bass drum progressions using the instrument view octave levers and also the sounds are well done alive just like the app description. Needs audio copy especially since not all the work can be done in Seekbeats because the sequencer needs to be longer and the preview skips. Thank you

Nice and tight beat machine that I personally use a lot. Since its inception Seekbeats has made great sounds and the randomize function is very cool and never subtle! Great app.

Always messing with this app for quick beats n tweakability.

This drum machine gets it. It goes exactly ad deep as you want it to, and lets you jump right into the deep end courtesy of the Rnd panel. Works great on an iPhone and kills on an iPad. Throw in MIDI, and it would be ridiculous, and worth twice as much. Please do whatever it takes to let me export audio (via AudioPaste, ideally). I have many sick beats saved as sessions, and Id love to get them into other apps for glitching and production.

So thankful to have heard throug e grapevine about this. First I got tweakybeats and moved on to is and yes, the envelopes are a completely satisfying experience. Ive made many 3 hour flights feel like a 10 minute flight using this wonderful app!
